Build your teamin theoff-season.
Your club has the coaches, the playbook and the players. We add the piece that ties them together between seasons: one program the whole roster trains together, 3 sessions a week. Players get stronger, stay healthy and spend the winter with their teammates.
Winning starts in the off-season.
The off-season is the longest stretch of the year without games. It is where a roster gets stronger, and where the players get to know each other. Clubs that train together through the winter start camp with both: same sessions, same standard, same room.
- 01
Same work, same week
The whole roster follows one plan. The rookie and the veteran squat on the same day, and the standard is the one the team sets together.
- 02
Train side by side
Run 1 or 2 of the weekly sessions as a group at your club’s gym. It is a training session and a night with the team. Every lift has a video, so a captain or an assistant coach can lead it. In Copenhagen we coach the sessions in person.
- 03
Commitment you can see
Every session is logged in the app. Players see the work their teammates put in, and your staff get reports on who is training long before camp.
A team that trained together all winter starts camp as a team.
Your best players win games when they play them.
The weight room keeps the roster on the field. A stronger athlete handles more sprints, more contact and more snaps, and the depth chart you plan in spring is the one you play in week 10.
Strength training cut sports injuries to less than a third in a review of 25 controlled trials with 26,610 athletes.
Lauersen, Bertelsen and Andersen, British Journal of Sports Medicine, 2014Seasons of injury data from 24 professional soccer teams in Europe. The teams with more players available finished higher in their league and took more points per game.
Hägglund and colleagues, British Journal of Sports Medicine, 2013Strength
Hamstrings, groins, hips and shoulders strong enough for sprints, cuts and contact. This is the work that keeps players available.
Power and speed
Sprint technique, jumps and throws. Your athletes get in and out of their breaks quicker and are still fast in the fourth quarter.
Conditioning
Built for American football: short efforts with rest between them, like a drive. Practice time goes to the playbook.
3 sessions a week. Built around practice.
The plan fits the hours a club has and keeps players fresh for practice and games. In the off-season it builds, in-season it maintains.

How does the roster train together if we are remote?
Pick 1 or 2 of the 3 weekly sessions and run them as a group at your club’s gym. Every lift has a video, so a captain or an assistant coach can lead the session. The player reports show who trained with the group and who trained on their own.
How does the program reach the athletes?
Every athlete gets a slot in the app. The weekly plan, the videos and the check-ins are in there. Your staff get reports on the whole roster.
What is in the player reports?
Each player’s performance, who trained and how hard each session felt, how players are sleeping and recovering, and who has missed sessions. You know where the roster stands in February, long before camp.
What do the players get out of it?
A stronger body built for a full season, and a winter of training with their teammates. The group sessions are where rookies and veterans get to know each other.
What is a check-in, in plain terms?
After every session the athlete rates how hard it felt on a scale of 1 to 10 and logs the minutes. A short wellness check covers sleep and how the body feels. The reports turn that into a simple picture per player: fresh, worn down or coasting. It runs on the phone and takes 30 seconds a day.
Does it run in-season?
Yes. The plan follows your season: full development in the off-season, and a lighter structure in-season that keeps the roster strong and available for game day.
Does it work outside Copenhagen?
Yes. Team Solutions runs remotely for clubs anywhere in Europe. In-person coaching hours are an option for clubs in Copenhagen.
