  • Euro Athletes Academy currently provides training programs for individuals and teams. We offer a 5x/week training program for athletes who want to develop themselves and take their game to the next level.

  • Visit our programs page to check out the three different programs we currently offer for american football players. We are currently working on a QB specific program as well.

    Once you sign up you you will have a 7-day free trial, simply go through the sign-up process on the programs page and you will have access to your program in no time.

  • You can combine certain days every phase, we prefer high frequency and shorter sessions for athletes as it is easier to recover from. Follow our instagram page to find solutions on how to combine days.

    Every phase of training comes with an overview from the coaches on solutions, technique, and purpose.

  • If you have no training experience whatsoever we recommend using our 1x20 program first to master movements and become proficient in the weight room.

  • We cover speed, plyometrics, agility, strength, power and conditioning over the course of the whole off-season.

  • Yes, if your season aligns with the ELF and/or the GFL season, our annual program follows their cycles. In season the program changes format to an in-season one.
