What's the difference between EAA Basics and EAA PRO? +
Basics is a fixed 36-week general strength and athletic development program that you follow at your own pace. EAA PRO is position-specific, individually built by a coach, continuously adjusted with ACWR load monitoring, and includes video feedback plus direct coach messaging. PRO is for athletes who want a fully managed, year-round training system.
Do I need to complete Basics first? +
No. EAA PRO is for athletes who already have a training foundation and want position-specific coaching. If you're a complete beginner with no gym experience, we recommend starting with Basics. Otherwise, PRO is designed to meet you where you are.
How does the position-specific training work? +
Each position gets unique drills tailored to its demands — for example, QB footwork and throwing power, or DB backpedal and hip-turn drills. These are layered on top of a shared Strength & Power foundation that all positions benefit from. Your coach builds and adjusts your program based on your position, goals, and season phase.
Can I switch between in-season and off-season? +
Yes. Simply message your coach through the app and they'll adjust your program within 24-48 hours. In-season training features 2 workouts plus a game-day primer session. Off-season focuses on full athletic development and progression.
What if I play multiple positions? +
Choose your primary position. The Strength & Power foundation transfers across all positions, and many drills (like speed, agility, and IQ work) have crossover benefits. Your coach can also incorporate elements from a secondary position if relevant.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. You can cancel your subscription with one click at any time. There are no hidden fees or cancellation penalties.
