One coached hour on the turf. Show up, train, get better.
One hour. 3 parts.

- 02
Agility
Change of direction, deceleration and footwork you use on the field.
- 03
Competition
Every session ends with races and reactive games, and a winner. That is where the speed carries over to the game.

Sessions may be filmed. The best coaching moments go to Euro Athletes Academy’s Instagram and website. By joining a session you agree to be on camera and to us using the footage.
You train at your own risk. This is an open field session: your own accident insurance covers you, you warm up with the group, and you tell the coach about any injury before we start. If you are 16 or 17, a parent or guardian knows you are here and is fine with the filming.

William James
Division I American football at the University of North Dakota, then a pro career in 5 countries, including the CFL. B.Sc. Kinesiology. Runs the strength and conditioning for Nordic Storm in the EFA and coaches their defensive backs.
550+ athletes trained, from first-year juniors to pros. On the turf you get the same coaching those athletes get, at your own level.
A coached twice-weekly program with testing and tracking opens later this autumn. Speed Academy athletes hear first, in the group.
As American football grows in Europe, Euro Athletes Academy enhances players’ performance and prevents injuries through tailored conditioning.
Is it really free?
Yes. Every session is free, and you join through the WhatsApp group. We run it to coach more athletes in Copenhagen.
Who can come?
American football and flag football players first, 16 and up. Other team-sport athletes are welcome when there is space.
When and where?
Time and location follow the field and the season, so the WhatsApp group and Instagram are where you find out.
What do I bring?
Turf shoes or cleats, water, clothes for the weather. Sessions run in rain. Frost or a closed field means a message in the group.
Do I need to be fast already?
Every level is welcome. You need to want to be coached, and the session is scaled to who shows up.
Is it filmed?
It may be filmed for promotional purposes, and we may use your clips to show coaching moments. The full wording is in the note.
Is there insurance?
You train at your own risk, as at any open field session, and your own accident insurance covers you. Warm up with the group and tell the coach about any injury before we start. The full wording is in the note.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. Message first so we plan for the numbers.
How is it different from EAA Pro?
EAA Pro is the online program for your position, 5 days a week, all year. The Speed Academy is one coached hour on a field in Copenhagen. If you want the other days written for you, Pro is where that lives.
Show up.
Get faster.
Free, coached, American football and flag football first. Time and place go out in the group.
Or follow along on Instagram.
