You can join the program at any time. However, we advice you to always start lighter with weights and running the first 2-3 weeks to give youself time to adjust. The program will be challenging.

We are huge fans of olympic lifts for performance, but we provide options for these lifts. You can use the “opt out” feature in the app to select an movement that provides the same quality of training stimulus.

We pride ourselves on using basic movements but done in a well-structured and planned way to optimise your training with minimal learning barriers.
We base our programming models based on the time-tested methods.
